Vinay Rao is a multiprenuer and founder of TechnifiED, an EdTech company specialising application platforms for School, Day Care, Tutors & Self learning. Vinay has more than 2 decades of work experience is IT across different domains and companies ranging from Start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Vinay has a consulting engagement on a national infrastructure in UK on an IoT programme along with Property development & investment firm. Vinay lives in London with his wife & 2 children who love beach holidays the most
Soumya is a gifted person with multiple talents under the belt. Soumya heads up the Technical support team at TechnifiED. She is a metaphor for 'think outside the box' and comes up with creative solutions for technical challenges faced whilst supporting variety of deployments at customer site. Soumya is a mum of 2 children, professional artist & interior designer who is partner in life and property development/investment business with founder Vinay.
Badarinatha Nagaraja is an entrepreneur and multi-cloud specialist who has co-founded TechnifiED & Virtrio. Badari has been a lead architect for enterprises across the United States, India, the United Kingdom and the EU. Badari has a daughter and a lovely wife whom he loves unconditionally. In addition, Badari enjoys reading and learning new technologies.
Vicky is head of Market outreach at Technified. Vicky joined Technified with a bachelors degree in digital marketing and been instrumental in setting up marketing campaigns for different target customer base. Vicky is responsible for evaluation of different marketing & outreach tools available and train her team members. Vicky is a pet lover and has a shih tzu that gets lots of cuddles from her.
Nancy brings the fairy dust with her to the TechnifiED team and turns new customers to pro in using our platforms by leading the training team. Nancy has years of knowledge management and creating CPD for school staff and understands the mindset of customers to embrace new platform and acquire necessary skill to manage their day to day tasks more efficiently. Besides Nancy is skilled with video editing that makes her perfect fit for the role.
Emily is a natural sales person who understands the customer's pain point in dealing with day to day operations in Education sector. Having worked at a school in past, Emily maps the features on our platforms that solve the problems faced by education service providers and demonstrates the value of investing in our platforms. This helps customers to arrive at decision points sooner and close the sale.
A great story starts with a great team
Many shared calendars and to-do lists failed us to manage children's schooling and extra clubs activities. Talking to other parents, school staff and private tutors revealed a big gap in technology offering in this segment. This led to a bunch of us to undertake further research & evidence the demand for the products that are developed by us
